We design the Beyond Fitness Youth program to help beginners and young children confidently start their badminton journeys.
The aim is to build up the basic skills and athletic abilities to formulate a strong foundation, and Beyond Fitness provides customised programs at every stage of the journey to allow for continuous personal development and growth.
Beginner Course
Target:Beginner
Course Content:
• Small Group Instruction: based on skill level for tailored learning and practice.
• Basic Knowledge: Covers the rules of badminton; teaches and reinforces proper striking techniques and various footwork patterns.
• Diverse Teaching Methods: Includes basic drills, multi-shuttlecock exercises, partner practice, matches, games, and scientific fitness training.
